On His Debating Style
Mohammed HijabYour dour style. You you kind of in insulting. Yeah, it's kind of like a humiliation.
GuestThis guy.
Mohammed HijabPlayful humiliation. Playful, arrogant. Arrogant. What would you say to someone who actually feels insulted? Because obviously you don't mean it in a serious... No, we find it funny, but it's it's an attempt to try and make people laugh. Okay, a lot of the time when I'm doing that stuff, I'm just trying to be a comedian.
Guest[laughter]
Mohammed HijabBut it's my, it's my version of comedy. My version of comedy is to put on a serious face and to insult.
Guest[laughter]
Mohammed HijabYou know what I mean? It's just my version of comedy. Yeah, I mean, the style has always been something that has caused concern for people, and I understand where they come from. And to be honest with you, I've kind of had enough of it myself, because I've always been thrown from the frying pan into the fire with all these enemies of Islam, you know, having me having to confront and be combative with them and stuff like that. And to be honest, I would actually now prefer to kind of move into a more sober, calm, and more unifying, because it's just too much. Like even I can see that it's too much.
